8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before a scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before a scheduled event may not be eligible for refunds but may be applied to future services at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Vibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
